Hello, and welcome to my website. As a kid, I had a fascination with art and design, especially when it came to building with legos, houses in the sims, or roller coasters in roller coaster tycoon. This creativity and strive for perfection has stuck with me and is a significant factor in making me the programmer that I am today. I’ll also admit this same creativity and strive for perfection is why I’ve spent a little too much time styling this website.
My programming journey started in early middle school, thanks to Minecraft. Eventually, I discovered Minecraft mods, which opened up an even bigger world than the already infinite one Minecraft had to offer. Shortly after finding and playing with mods like the Aether and Mo’ Creatures, I wanted to create my own. I had no programming experience, but I was determined to make the mining experience more exciting. With the help of youtube tutorials and sheer drive, I slowly taught myself to code with every new feature I wanted to implement.
Fast forward to today, and my mod, CrazyOres, has over 350,000 downloads and a video with over 4 million views. When I have a goal in mind, I push myself to deliver the highest quality I can offer. I am incredibly proud of CrazyOres and the experience I gained from programming, interacting with the community, and releasing a product. All of this has shaped me into the developer that I am today.
Growing up developing CrazyOres solidified my passion for software development, and it was a massive factor in why I chose to major in Game Programming and minor in Mathematics at Champlain College.
I’ve wanted to create a website that serves as a central hub for all of my development projects, and if you’re reading this, that means I’ve finally gotten around to doing it. I’ll be mainly posting portfolio works on here and regular updates showing current projects I’m developing.
If you have any questions or would like to say hi, feel free to send me an email over on my contact page.
Enjoy!
